A shutter pulse generator for multi-slit streak camera was designed,which was realized using MOSFETs as switches.Compared with the method of using energy stored coaxial discharging,the presented method has the advantages of small volume,continuously adjustable pulse width and highly usage of high voltage source.The circuit can generate a rectangle electrical pulse with fall time of 16 ns,rise time of 20 ns,trig delay of 26 ns,pulse aptitude of 800 V,minimal full width half magnitude of 100 ns,in 10 pF load.
