Study on Cumulants Method in Photon Correlation Spectroscopy Particle Sizing Techniques

Abstract:
The cumulants method was used to analyze measurement data in photon correlation spectroscopy particle sizing techniques.The Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm was adopted in order to resolve the initial value choice problem in the cumulants method.The Levenberg-Marquardt-cumulants method was used to analyze the experimental data of 50 nm,100 nm,200 nm,300 nm,500 nm standard polystyrene particles.The results show that the Levenberg-Marquardt-cumulants method can increase the stability of the results and decrease the calculation error.
