Numerical Research on One Dimension Nonlinear Photonic Crystal All-optical Switching
一维非线性光子晶体全光开关的数值研究

Nonlinear Kerr-type medium was doped in defect layers of photonic crystals.Based on the dynamical shift of defect mode caused by Kerr nonlinear effect,two schemes of optical switching and the calculating programs with method of FD-TD were designed to simulate optical switching.Photonic localization and frequency mixing effects were discussed.
