A Stabilized Harris Confidence Based 3SS of Digital Video Stabilizing Method
基于稳定Harris置信度的三步搜索数字稳像方法

Abstract: A SHC confidence based 3SS of digital video stabilizing method is proposed. It first uses 3SS to compute the motion parameter between the standard frame and the current frames, then the SHC confidence is applied to restrict the result of 3SS, aimed to improve the accuracy of motion parameter. The method is proved to be effective and workable on a 320×240 in-vehicle motion video with ±40 pixels fluttering.
