Design of a Continuous Spectrum Imaging Apparatus Based on LCTFs
|
Abstract:
In order to get the two-dimensional pictures of the spectrum images without pushbroom component used in traditional spectrum imaging systems,a new apparatus is presented. In the system, the liquid crystal tunable filters(LCTFs) are used as the spectrum-dividing component, and the two-dimension CCD is used as the receiver component. The spectrum resolution of the system is up to 0.5nm.The software is also designed to control the data captureing, data processing and data showing.Transmission rate and linear working range of the system are measured. The spectrum of low-pressure mercury lamp and He-Ne laser are tested by the system. The correct results can be gotten, which show the veracity of the spectrum test of the system.A piece of coptis which is a kind of traditional chinese medicine is tested in-vivo as an experiment.
