One Method for Measuring Thickness of Glass by Using Laser Heterodyne and Doppler

Abstract:
One measurement method using laser heterodyne technology and laser Doppler technology is proposed.The periphery hardware electric circuit which combines the practice application is designed.Using Matlab and FFT technology carried out the experimental simulation,the result shown that the measurement error is less than 1% by using this method when measuring plate glass thickness of which is from 1mm to 10mm.
