A Small Multi-purpose Streak Tube

Abstract:
With the development of being small and portable,a static-electric focused streak tube with the length of 119.773 mm was designed.Subsequently,the trajectories of 2000 electrons propagating in this tube were figured out individually.According to these simulation results,the tube's character parameters such as temporal resolution and spatial resolution both under static and dynamic circumstances were calculated and analyzed in detail.The designed tube has a high time resolution of 2.9 ps,an accessible cathod...
