Effect on Bandgap of Two-dimensional Square Photonic Crystal with Different Incidence Angle
斜入射角对二维正方形光子晶体带隙的影响

The eigen equations with matrix form were gotten in plane wave expansion method.The band structures of two-dimensional air-hole type square photonic crystal in arbitrary incidence were calculated by these equations.The effect of slant incidence on band structure was studied by TE mode and TM mode curves separated from band structure.It shows that the band structures calculated by electric field representation or magnetic field representation are the same,which accorded with the electromagnetic theory.Some r...
