Analysis on Uncertainty of Temperature for Michelson Interferometer for Temperature and Wind of Atmosphere
|
Abstract:
According to the measurement principle of Michelson interferometer for temperature and wind of atmosphere, the uncertainty of temperature was determined by the uncertainty in the apparent visibility of the emission line and the instrument visibility. The quantitative relationship between them was deduced and the allowance range of the uncertainty of visibility corresponding to the uncertainty of temperature was gained. The simulation calculation was completed, and the methods to improve the measuring accuracy of temperature were proposed.
