Polarization-mode Dispersion Compensation with PSO Algorithm in WDM System
PSO算法用于WDM系统多信道PMD补偿的研究

Particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm was introduced into Polarization Mode Dispersion (PMD) compensation in Warelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) systems based on the strategy of compensating the worst channel and making the balance.The worst-performing channel is compensated and the performance of other channels is also improved at the same time.The numerical simulation in a two-channel system was carried out and the results show that the compensation scheme is feasible.
