Detection and Recognition of Low Velocity Body Signal Based on High Order Cumulant
|
Abstract:
The detection and identification of low velocity body signal under strong clutter is a difficulty in the field of signal processing. The analysis of sampled data indicates that the clutter of stationary objects such as wall is gauss distributed and the signal reflected by low velocity body approximates to sinusoidal harmonic process. The clutter is suppressed because the high order cumulant of gauss distributed clutter is equal to zero. The algorithms of the detection and identification of low velocity body signal is put forward by high order spectrum analysis and FFT accumulation.Experimental results show that the system can detect low velocity body signal 14 m far away behind the concrete wall 30 cm thick.
