Research of Resource Reservation Schemes of RSVP-TE in ASON
ASON信令协议RSVP-TE中资源预留策略研究

Various resource reservation schemes in RSVP-TE (Resource Reservation Protocol-Traffic Engineering) which is the most promising candidate for the signalling protocol of ASON (Automatically Switched Optical Network),viz.FRP (Forward Reservation Protocol),BRP (Backward Reservation Protocol),and the proposed scheme named BRP with Single-Wavelength-Reservation are presented.Based on the simulation and comparative analysis,it is concluded that the proposed scheme takes the advantages of both FRP and BRP.It is of low control overhead and short service set-up time,and can exploit the network resource efficiently and alleviate service blocking probability.
