A Linear Featured-data Scheme for Image Reconstruction in Time-domain Fluorescence Molecular Tomography

Abstract:
By extending the previously developed generalized pulse spectrum technique for time-domain diffuse optical tomography (DOT), a linear, featured-data image reconstruction algorithm for Time-domain fluorescence molecular tomography (FMT) is proposed to reconstruct fluorescent yield and lifetime simultaneously, and the methodology is validated with simulated data.
