Experimental Reseach of the Parallel Multiplexing of Fabry-Perot Strain Sensor in the Fourier Demodulation

The Fourier demodulation of the output signal of the Fabry-Perot strain sensor was analyzed. The principle of the parallel multiplexing according to Fourier demodulation was introduced particularly. Based on this principle, many experiments have been done, of which three experiments have been analyzed emphatically. The experimental results indicate that this demodulation method is valid and practical.
