Development of 70 mm Intermittent High Speed Photography Camera
|
Abstract:
he main buildup, working principle, performance and feature of the camera are introduced. As the key component, the film transport mechanism is described. To adapt two different size of pictures (four perforations for 50×18.8 mm, eight perforations for 50×36 mm), two sets of film transport mechanisms are designed. They have the same structure and interface, which make it possible that the user can replace them quickly and expediently. Virtual Manufacturing (VM) technology is applied during the development of 70 mm HSPC to resolve a series of technical difficulties caused by increasing photograph frequency of HSPC. Actual use shows that development of 70 mm HSPC is successful.
