Auto-focusing Method Based on Operator Fusion in the System for Coupling Optical-taper with CCD
光锥与CCD耦合系统中基于算子融合的自动对焦方法

In this paper,an auto-focusing method is introduced to the system for coupling optical fiber-taper with CCD, a new image-evaluation function which based on the operator fusion technique is also proposed. By experiments, it is proved that the reliability of auto-focusing is enhanced, and a higher accuracy is achieved. This method successfully resolves the problem how to obtain the best efficiency of coupling during the coupling process.
