A expanding plane source was designed. It was made up of many LED and can replace existing source sometime and can do it more possiblaly. The key of design is how to obtain optical parallel rays from many emanative LED. A optical reflectror that can collect rays form 180 degree to 60 degree was designed by the method of combining math an soft simulation. Then a lens array and Fresnel lens ,larger lens can make up of a tightness optical collector groupware that can make source have powerful brightness and good optical uniformity.
