Construction Basis of Biotic Gene Chip Checking System with Surface Plasmon Resonance Imaging
|
Abstract:
Utilizing the principle of Surface Plasmon Resonance, a construction method for biochips detecting systems based on Surface Plasmon Resonance imaging is presented. The principle of SPRI biochips detecting systems and the structure of systems are provided. A Kretschmann prism configuration is used to stimulate SPR. Polarized parallel light is projected to the sensor through the prism. The reflected biochip image is collected by CCD camera. As an experiment, Mercapto to modify Neisseria gonorrhoeae probe is used to prove the system. A Self-Assembled Monolayer (SAM) is affixed to the probe in which 6-Mercaptohexanol is blocked. The system collected all the biochip images of probe and non-probe resonances and non-resonances.
