Abstract:

Five kinds of nano_silver colloids are prepared by using Microwave Synthesis Method. Mixtures of sodium citrate solution and AgNO3 solution are divided into five parts.Each of them is heated under different time and different condition.Nano_silver colloids are investigated by means of TEM,absorption spectrum,electrophoresis experiment.It when found that the nano-silver colloids have negative charge on its surface when the heating time is long;and they have positive charge on its surface when the heating time is short. Absorption maximum move red and particles size enlarge when heating time increased.In order to test whether these nano_silver colloids can be using SERS research,the cationic molecular fuchsine basic,Methylene blue,anionic molecular Benzoic acid,neutral molecular Alcidine orange and Sudan red are used.These nano_silver colloids have strong SERS activity,except sample 5 to Sudan red.
