Optimized Design of Ultrafast Electron Diffraction System

Abstract:
The computing module and the data processing method of the ultra-fast electron diffraction system in its emitting part are improved which make the computed result more exact. The shape of the photocathode is investigated for its effect on the temporal resolution of the UED system, and the result is useful to the design of the ultra-fast electron gun.
