INHIBITION EFFECT OF LB MONOLAYERS OF SOLUBLE POLYIMIDES ON CORROSION OF CARBON STEEL
可溶性聚酰亚胺LB膜对碳钢的缓蚀作用的研究

The Langmiur Blodgett(LB) monolayers of the soluble polyimides(PI) were directly deposited on the surface of the carbon steel electrode to study their corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel in the alkaline and neutral solutions. The results indicated that PI LB monolayers had the excellent inhibition effect on the corrosion of carbon steel in the acidic and neutral solutions. The number of the monolayers showed a significant effect on the corrosion inhibition efficiency.
