Near-field Determination of Semiconductor Lasers by Use of Local Optimization Algorithm
基于局部优化方法的半导体激光器反源技术

Based on the far-field data, a new approaching trust region local optimization algorithm is used to determine the near-field distribution. Numerical results demonstrate that the field distribution function of the source can be approached by a sum of some simple functions, and the method is simple and of high efficient.
