THE PROTECTIVE PERFORMANCE OF THE xAl_2O_3?yZrO_2 GRADIENT CERAMIC FILMS ON STAINLESS STEEL
不锈钢表面梯度陶瓷膜的防护性能研究

Adhesive strength test, coulometer high temperature oxidation test and thermoshock test were employed to evaluated the protectiveness of the xAl 2O 3.yZrO 2 ceramic films on stainless steel. Results indicated that xAl 2O 3?yZrO 2 ceramic films showed good protective performance to the substrate against some aqueous corrosions and high tempature oxidation in air due to the gradient nature of the film prepared by electrodeposition in organic solution.
