The preparation and technological parameters of the FDP phosphatizing solutions have been studied. The phosphatizing films are characterzed by fine crystals, uniform and smooth surface, high corrosion resistance and long life. The phosphatizing solutions are very suitable for pre phosphatizing before electrostatic spraying.
