FAILURE ANALYSIS FOR PITTING OF CARBON STEEL TUBE ON HEAVY OIL HYDROGENATION EQUIPMENT
重油加氢装置脱硫系统再生塔顶空冷器出口管束腐蚀穿孔原因分析

The appearance of a failed carbon steel tube on heavy oil hydrogenation equipment was examined by naked eye,and the phase composition,element content and microstructure of the corrosion product on the failed carbon steel were analyzed by x-ray spectrum and SEM,respectively.The results indicated that the pitting of the carbon steel was induced by C 2H 7NO mainly and H 2S subordinately.
