ANTI- CORROSION PERFORMANCE OF TWO NEW TYPE MULTI- FUNCTIONAL COATINGS FOR OILTANK
新型多功能油罐涂料防腐蚀性能研究

By using the technique of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),the anti-corrosion performance of two new type epoxy coatings designed for oiltank,E1 and E2 (which has better painting property than E1),has been studied.Both of them have multiple functions,such as static electricity conductive,flame retardant,oil resisting and anti-corrosion properties.The experiment results showed that E1 coating had better performance than E2 in corrosion protection.In E2 coating,a lot of micro-pores could be observed through scanning electron microscope (SEM),which were considered as the main factor leading to its bad anti-corrosion performance.
