EFFECT OF ULTRASONIC WAVE ON HOT DIP GALVANIZING
超声波对热浸镀锌的影响

The effects of ultrasonic wave on the structure and properties of the hot dip galvanized coating were studied. It was shown that under the action of high\|intensity ultrasonic wave there was no fragile Fe\|Zn intermetallic compound layer in the coating; the structure,surface quality, adhesiveness and corrosion resistance of the coating were improved remarkably. The mechanism of such improvements is theoretically discussed on the basis of acoustics.
