APPLICATION OF WEAK POLARIZATION TECHNIQUE FOR CORROSION MONITORING OF METALLIC MATERIALS IN SEAWATER
弱极化技术用于海水中金属腐蚀监测的初探

The feasibility of the application of weak polarization technique for corrosion monitoring of metallic materials in seawater was studied.A continuous simulated experiment was performed under laboratory conditions.Weak polarization curve was drawn every day at the same time to obtain corrosion data.In order to prove the accuracy of the data,weight-loss experiment was also performed.The two conclusions matches pretty well.Weak polarization technique shows considerable potential for marine in-situ monitoring and can be applied in such fields.
