LEAKAGE ANALYSIS OF A STEAM SAMPLING TUBE IN A POWER PLANT
电厂水汽取样管泄漏原因分析

The leakage of a steam sampling tube made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel in a power plant was analyzed using optical microscope,SEM, X\|Ray and chemical analysis. The results showed that the loading stress during service at high temperatures and the axial tensile stress due to the resistence to the contraction of the tube during cooling and trace element of Cl-lead to the SCC of the tube.\=
