APPLICATION OF PATTERN RECOGNITION TO PREDICTION OF ATMOSPHERIC CORROSION OF METALS

Pattern recognition technology has been applied to analyse the main factors affecting atmospheric corrosion of metals. The investigation shows that the atmospheric corrosivity in some other areas may be predicted and evaluated by using atmospheric corrosion data collected from some typical areas.
