ELECTRODEPOSITION OF NICKEL NANO - ARRAY ON PORE - FILM OF ALUMINA
腐蚀开孔和二电极装置体系在电沉积镍－氧化铝纳米阵列中的应用

Nano-array of nickel-alumina was fabricated by electrodeposition of nickel on pore-film of alumina,which was stripped from an anodic treated pure aluminum plate.The influence of procedures for openning through-pore on the alumina film and the electrodeposition parameters on the formation of the nano-arroy of Ni-Al_2O_3 were discussed.
