A STUDY ON REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT DECISION
区域开发决策若干问题的探讨

In the paper,the author expounded the meaning and signfiance of regional developmentdecision(RDD),analysed its content and procedure,and indicated its theoretical and method-ological basis. RDD comprises two aspects:regional development decision supprot and region-al development decision selection. The theoretical basis of RDD is the principle of limited ra-tionality and the methodological basis is systematic science and systematical method.Weshould combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and soft technique with hardtechnique in making RDD.
