WATER BALANCE OF NATURE-SOCIETY SYSTEM AND THE EVALUATION OF PRECIPITAION

The article has proposed a water balance model of Nature and society system. This model consists of three interdependent parts.The first part is the only water input subsystem on the continents.Qwing to the large impulsiveness of its magnitude, the precipitation is hardly available without transforming into a con-tinuent function.The second part, or the part of water redistribution subsystem, plays a dicisive role in this transformation .The third part, or the part of water requirement of society is a calibration subsystem for evaluation of the precipitation in the sense how much e onomical effect of the whole weter balance system could produce.The article also collects a certain parameters for estimating the magnitude of each part and analyses their quantitative relations, showing the methodology of the evaluation.
