|
Abstract:
After intramuscular injection of the iodine-125 labelled melittin the mouse can resorpt quickly. The main resorpted parts are blood, liver, kindey, joint, muscle, intestin, except resorpted level is about 70%. The iodine-125 labelled melittin wildly distributed into whole organs of the body. Mainly gathered organes are kidney, lung, liver, blood, small intestine, joint, spleen, muscle. 5 or 15 minutes after injection, it appeared highly and decreased gradually in 4 hours, most parts disapeared in 24 hours. The characteristic excretion of the iodine-125 labelled melittin is kidney, excretion, 30 minutes later the concentration reaches high. An hour and half hours the concentration is the highest in urine, very low in feces.
