RELATIONS BETWEEN NUCLEAR AND CYTOPLASM IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF GYNOGENETIC HAPLOID OF RANA LIMNOCHARIS
|
Abstract:
The development of embryos of gynogenetic haploids of Rana limnocharis was compared with that of the diploids of Rana limnocharis in this paper. By our observing results, we have a discussion on the relations between nuclear and cytoplasm, and so, we are of the opinion that nuclear has been played an important, main role, and manipulated the products of the most cytoplasm in all the stages of development, in spite of that the cytoplasm can affect the differentiaition of the earlier stages, and that without the normal genome quantity, there would be no normal cytoplasmic composition in cell, no normal cellular differentiation in organogcnesis, and no normal ontogenetic development.
