THREE NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS GoniogryllusCHOPARD FROM CHINA(Orthoptera: Gryllidae)

The present paper reports three new species of the genus Goniogryllus Chopard from Sichuan Province and Jiangxi Province, China. All type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Shaanxi Normal University. 1 Goniogryllus chongqingensis sp. n. (Fig. 1-2)This new species looks very much like G. emeicus Wu et Wang, but its body is larger with an obvious digital projection at the fusion of endoparameres of male genitalia.Length of body: 14.5-15.0 mm, 14.0-17.7 mm; length of pronotum: 2.7-3.0 mm, 3.2-3.5 mm; length of posterior femur: 8.5-9.1mm, 9.0-9.8 mm; length of ovipositor: 9. 5 - 11.7 mm.Holotype: , allotype: , paratypes: 3 , 4 , Sichuan Province: Beibei County(Jinyunshan), 800-890 m, Aug. 6-7, 1993, Chen Jun.2 Goniogryllus octospinatus sp. n. (Fig. 3-5)This new species is similar to G. pubescens Wu et Wang, but not pubescent, check wrinkled beneath the eye, posterior tibia armed with 4 spines on both internal and external sides, and in male, the latero-posterior process of epiphallus with an strongly prominent inferior-internal angle.Length of body : 10.7-13.0 mm, 10.9-14.9 mm; length of pronotum: 2.3-2.5 mm, 2.3-2.7 mm; length of posterior femur: 7.1-8.0 mm, 7.7-8.9 mm; length of ovipositor: 9.0-10.6 mm.Holotype: , allotype: , paratypes: 4 , 5 , Sichuan Province: Gulin County(Huangjing), 1240-1750m, Jul. 20-23, 1993, Chen Jun.3 Goniogryllus lushanensis sp. n. (Fig.6-8)This new species closely resembles G. asperopunctatus Wu et Wang, but its body smaller, the yellow lateral bands of head branched, the posterior margin of pronotum slightly wider than the anterior one, and the fusion of endoparameres of male genitalia with a digital projection.Male: length of body: 13.5 mm length of pronotum: 2.8 mm; length of posterior femur: 8.0 mmFemale unknown.Holotype: , Jiangxi Province: Jiujiang County (Lushan), Aug. 1, 1988, Zheng Zhemin & Yang Xiaoyan.
