The New Recognition about the Dabie Movement

According to the difference between the Hongan Group or Susong Group and the Dabieshan Complexes in formation, deformation and metamorphism, and the remnant angular unconformity between them, it is further affirmed to exist the Dabie movement. The movement,which took place in 2500 Ma and may be regionally compere with the Fuping movement in North China platform, is a revolutionary movement for the formation of original sialspheric crust and ductile reconstruction in the Dabieshan region. The Dabie cycle is initially divided intO three deformation events of early extension,middle compression and fate strike-slip shearing. It is pointed out that the boundary plane of the Dabie movement is a very imporbot detachment plane and bread-crust structure in the upper cruSt of the Dabieshan region and afterwards underwent the deformation events of ductile slipping,brittle-ductile thrust and brittle detachment later on.
