The Quaternary Activity of Nantianmen Fault in Beipiao Area West Liaoning

Abstract:
The Nantianmen fault developed in Yanshanian stage of Mesozoic in Beipiao city, west Liaoning Province, is certified a Quaternary active fault cutting Late Pleistocene Malan loess from field survey, ESR dating of fault gouge, and OSL dating of hangingwall loess.
