PROF. CHENG YUQI''S RESEARCH ON GEOLOGY OF IRON ORE IN CHINA
程裕淇教授对中国铁矿地质的调查研究

It has been more than 50 years since Prof. Cheng Yuqi started his geological career. During this span of time, he has done a lot of work on geology of iron ore. He has conducted on-the-spot investigations and studies on many iron deposits both at home and abroad, writing several books about and making systematic classification of them. All of these not only enrich the theory related to iron deposits of China, but are also of great importance in guiding the practice of ore-prospecting and finding.
