DISCUSSION ON VARIATION OF MAGMATITE FROM STRUCTURAL PLANES OF DIFFERENT MECHANIC PROPERTIES IN SHICAO MINING AREA
石槽矿区不同力学性质结构面中岩浆岩的某些变异问题探讨

This paper discusses first the characteristics of emplacement of a complex of neutral acid magmatic rocks in the different tectonic environments and in the structural planes of different mechanic properties, and places emphasis on the research of the variational characteristics of texture, structure, mineral constitution, chemical composition and stability of crystallized minerals of the same magmatic rock situated in the structural planes of different mechanic properties. Without deviatoric stress being taken into account the mechanic genesis the magmatic structural facies is explained to be caused by different local total hydrostatic pressure head in the structural planes of dif- ferent mechanic properties produced by the combination of hydrostatic pressure head (confining pressure) at a depth with the additional pressure head by the structural stress in the structural planes.
