Slackwater Deposits and Flow Peak Level of a Paleoflood

The purpose of paleoflood study is to get a paleoflood peak stage based on its information carrier--paleoflood deposits. Nevertheless, how to determine their relation is always a difficult problem both in China and abroad. Foreign researchers give their results from flume experiments. On the basis of paleoflood studies along four rivers in China, this paper presents some new results.
