ON THE YANSHANIAN METALLOGENIC SERIES IN FUJIAN PROVINCE
|
Abstract:
The Yanshanian metallogenic series in Fujian consists of 6 metallogenic types, i. e. (1) mineralization related to the granitoid of migmatization, (2) mineralization related to the granitoid of anatexis type, (3) mineralization related to the granitoid of syntexis type, (4) mineralization related to ultrab-asic and basic igneous rocks, (5) mineralizatior) related to volncaism, and (6) mineralization related to strataboundness. The second type is mainly distributed in the western part of the province, while the othors mainly in the east. Magmatic activies are controlled by fractures, trending NE, NW, ENE, and N-S, with the first two dominant. Eruption centers usually occur at the intersections of .NE-and NW-or ENE-trending fault zones. So the mineralization of Yanshanian is closely related to the tectonic magmatic activities. Model of metallogenic series in Yanshanian and metallogenic predication in this province are given in this paper.
