A Study of Chamber Method for In-Site Measurements of Greenhouse Gase Emissions from Grassland
箱法在草地温室气体通量野外实验观测中的应用研究

Using closed chamber technique and gas chromatography, in-site measurements of N2O, CH4 and CO2 greenhouse gase fluxes from grassland ecosystem were systematically conducted. Meanwhile, the outside and inside box air temperature, surface temperature and soil temperature of 10cm within the box were also measured in this paper, the scientific feasibility of the closed chamber technique for measurement of greenhouse gases fluxes from grassland ecosystem and the reliability of obtained results are analyzed and discussed.
