Observational study of dipole blocking in the atmosphere
大气中偶极子阻塞的观测研究

In this paper, the 5-day mean 500 hPa geopotential height maps were used to carry out a statistical study on dipole blocking in the Northern Hemisphere during 1969 to 1984, and the seasonal and geographical variation of dipole blocking was discussed. Also the latitude distribution of dipole blocking was discussed and some useful results were obtained.
