On local similarity of the atmospheric boundary layer
论大气边界层的局地相似性

In this paper, local similarity is verified by the turbulence observations on the 213 m meteorological tower at the Meteorological Research Institute in Tsukuba Science City, Japan. Some empirical constants of the similarity functions are determined. And further, the relationship among the statistical parameters of turbulence, turbulent fluxes in the near surface layer and at the top of the boundary layer are established .
