Confocal Optical Sensor for Detecting Weak Light of IR Up-conversion Ink

A method of detecting the weak light of up-conversion ink with confocal optical sensor system is proposed in this paper. The properties of the device, such as the sensitivity to the emission light from the up-conversion ink and the characteristics of the special design component, are analysed. The results of detecting the IR ink marks of different mixing ratios have been given.This method of detecting has a simple structure with sampling well and truly. It can realize pocket edition to the detector.
