Growth of Mg:Fe:LiNbO3 Crystal and Optics of Properties

Abstract:
Doping MgO and Fe2O3 in LiNbO3, Mg:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal has been grown by the Czochralski technique. Crystals going on polarization and reduction treatment .Absorption spectra of crystals have been measured. The absorption edge of Mg:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal opposed Fe:LiNbO3 taken place ultra moving. The infrared spectra of crystals have been measured. The OH- absorption peak of Mg:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal from 3482cm-1 of Fe:LiNbO3 crystal have moved 3534 cm-1. Using Li vacancy model expound mechanism of absorption edge and absorption peak shift. Photo scattering resistance ability of crystals have been measured. Photo scattering ability of Mg:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal than Fe:LiNbO3 crystal rised over one order of magnitude, The diffraction efficiencies and response time of crystals have been measured. The response speed of Mg:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal than Fe:LiNbO3 raised four time.
