ACQUISITION ON FULL FIELD OF VIEW IN TV TRACKING SYSTEM

This paper introduces a modular of target acqusition on full field of view in TV system.Under monotone background condition,the modular can autoacquire the target on full field of view in one TV field time. Meanwhile,it also has the function of windows tracking,the particular experiment of the modular and its result have been given in the paper.
