AN INSTRUMENT WITH FIVE WAVELENGTH LDs USED FOR IRRADIATING BIOLOGICAL TISSUE

Abstract:
With GaAlAs single quantum well laser diode,diode--pumped Nd: YVO4--KTP intracavity frequency--doubled laser,a new laser diode instrument has been developed. Through the fiber the instrument can provide five wavelength diode lasers, such as 532urn, 670nm, 750nm, 810nm, 950nm. It can be used to irradiate the biological tissue. It has been well used in laser biology and laser medicine.
