TOMOGRAPHIC PROCESSING OF WHOLE FIELD OF PARTICLE HOLOGRAM
微粒场全息图全场的层析处理

The paper describes the measurement of whole field of particle hologram by using XYZ stage, and discusses a software way to solve the problem caused by the moving of XYZ stage. And we also realized an automatic image processing system to study the whole field by using the tomography technology.
